AeroLumio: Intelligence beyond the horizon. A gold and blue emblem rising over the Earth's horizon at sunrise.

Safety intelligence for the people who fly.

We turn terrain, weather and regulation into a clear picture of the risk ahead, before you commit to the flight, and a lesson from every flight after it.

From the brief to the lesson

Every flight closes the loop. What the crew learns after landing makes the next brief better.

  1. Before the flight

One short advisory from the departure helipad to the destination: terrain clearance along the route, the forecast where you will be and when, VFR minima at each helipad, daylight and density altitude.

  2. After the flight

The pilot in command records what the crew did and anything that happened, including bird and animal sightings, aligned to CAR Section 5 Series C.

  3. On record

Every brief and debrief is kept in a tamper-evident log, with the route map as it was briefed. It reads back exactly as recorded, years later.

AviaAstra, aviation risk intelligence platform. A gold flight path rising through layers of blue terrain.

AviaAstra

Know your risk. Preserve your margin.

Our first product is a pre-flight risk assessment built for helicopter operations in India, and designed to grow to every kind of flying.

  • Terrain from 30 m elevation data, checked all round the track, kept on your computer so it works offline
  • The forecast along the route at the time you will be there, not just at the destination
  • Visibility minima judged per helipad and airspace, from the DGCA CARs
  • The route drawn on a map, each stretch coloured by its risk
  • Briefs and debriefs in a tamper-evident record

Advisory only. Every result shows the inputs and the regulation behind it, says plainly what it could not assess, and leaves the decision with the pilot in command.

AI sim instructor

In development

An instructor for simulator training that watches how a pilot handles the aircraft and the situation, and debriefs judgement as well as technique. Built on the same idea as AviaAstra: honest, explainable, and never a substitute for the pilot's own decisions.

Built from the cockpit

AeroLumio was founded by a helicopter pilot with fourteen years of military flying and offshore operations since. AviaAstra answers the questions he asked before every flight, using the regulation he flew under.

We validate in shadow mode before anything informs a real decision, and an operator's flight data stays theirs.
